Everyone has different needs and ideas about "wellness". Whether you are looking for relaxation, or want to recharge your batteries or just need a break, we help you to find the right one for yourself! Do you have a preferred date in mind, or would you like to make an appointment or would like a prior consultation? Please let us know at the time of your booking.

You are welcome to use our wellness oasis as an external guest. We ask for your understanding that this is not possible on Saturdays.In order to offer all our guests a relaxing stay, early registration is required.

Our wellness team would like to offer you the best service possible. Switching off the stress of everyday life is best when you arrive about 10 minutes before the start of your treatment.
If you have not made an appointment with our Wellness Reception for pre-booked treatments or wellbeing deals, we will schedule your treatment - depending on occupancy - within the time frame of your stay (arrival from 3 p.m. / departure day until 12 noon).
Orally agreed dates are binding as well, a separate written confirmation is not necessary.

Please notice, that the entrance to our spa outside of the children swimming hours is only available from 16 years on.

Treatment time

The specified treatment times always include the necessary scheduled resting and exposure times.

Payment method

In addition to cash payment, we also accept credit cards such as EC, Visa or Master Card. Of course, hotel guests have the opportunity to pay via a collective invoice at the hotel reception as part of the "check out" procedure.

Gift Certificates

It is never easy to find the perfect gift. After consultation, we can change a tendered service or exchange the value for goods. The value of a gift certificate cannot be redeemed in cash.

As our services change over time, if the treatment is no longer offered, the value of the gift certificate will be converted into equivalent benefits.


Dressed in a bathrobe is absolutely appropriate for our wellness area. The sauna area is a nude area and the wearing of swimwear, especially in the saunas themselves, is not welcomed by many guests for reasons of hygiene. Even if the area is outdoor and there is no clothing rule, we ask for mutual respect. In the area of the bistro, we ask you to wear a bathrobe.


We are not a medical facility, so we ask you at the time of your booking to inform us about any health problems such: high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, allergies, recent operations, etc.

If you are pregnant, not all treatments can be performed. We have a questionnaire ready for you, and we ask you kindly to complete it. In the case of contraindications not reported (oral or written), no liability is assumed for the occurrence of unforeseeable skin and body reactions.

Late arrivals

If you are unable to attend your treatment on time, we will try to postpone your appointment. If this is not possible, we may need to shorten your treatment time out of consideration for subsequent appointments. A proportional refund is not possible in this case.

Cancellation conditions

Room, staff and treatment-specific pampering products are prepared for your treatment appointment in advance. Therefore, in case of a cancellation, we ask for your understanding that the following cancellation conditions apply, as long as we cannot pass on the event (cancellations are only accepted in written form).

Cancellation conditions for individual treatments

Up to 2 days before the day of treatment - free cancellation possible
Up to 1 day before the day of treatment - 50% of the booked services
Shorter cancellations require 100% of the booked services

We ask for your understanding

During opening hours we cannot offer guided tours out of respect for other guests.
The ringing of a mobile phone in the wellness area is very disturbing for many who are looking for peace and relaxation. Therefore, we ask you to either place your phone on silence mode or not to bring it with you at all.
We cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage of your valuables or clothing.

The spa facilities are smoke-free areas. Outside, however, you will find opportunities to enjoy your relaxation cigarette in your bathrobe.
Unfortunately, we cannot take care of your pets - even being pet lovers ourselves - during your stay in the wellness area we ask you to leave your pets in the hotel room or at home.
Please leave stress and tension at the door, we all love a harmonious atmosphere.
